After a few iterations considering access to the dipstick and minimum cooling airflow interference, I simplified the recognition light bracket and installed the lights. If these turn out to obstruct too much air, I have some 50 watt halogen lights I could install. They are only 2" in diameter but draw about 4 amps each. The LED's draw a fraction of an amp. The current mounting brackets are easily removed to replace with mounts for the halogen lights.
